What led me to Idelic:
I am really passionate about helping others, and I thought I could only fulfill that through a job in the nonprofit world. Once my thinking changed it opened up new opportunities and helped me find new ways to go outside of my comfort zone. I had also already heard a lot of great things about Idelic and our mission which I stand by 100%.
Why I’m passionate about safety:
To me, safety means taking proactive measures to preserve the wellbeing of someone, which is deeply important.
Three words I’d use to describe my job at Idelic:
Collaborative, challenging (in the best way), and opportunity!
One thing most people don’t know about me:
Prior to Idelic, I was in a national service program where I led a team during the disaster response mission in Puerto Rico and did concrete roof repairs for about 6 weeks.
A few of my hobbies:
Hiking, camping, and traveling—I love anything that involves the outdoors. I also love to paint.
