We are pleased to announce and introduce Ellie Guttilla as Head of Customer Success! Ellie has over 20 years of experience helping Global 100 customers to solve a wide range of supply chain problems. Ellie has led teams performing Account Management, Project Management, and Customer Support. She looks forward to creating a team of passionate safety professionals who will ensure that all of Idelic’s fleets are getting the most out of Safety Suite.
Idelic was a natural choice for Ellie as it marries her passions for Customer Success and technology. She plans to harness this energy to develop a collaborative and consultative On-boarding and Account Management process. Ellie’s first initiatives include enhancing the Deployment Process, establishing an Account Review Protocol, and launching the Training Terminal and Support Hub for self-service support.
One of Customer Success’s core metrics is retention, much like our customers retaining good employees and customers is pivotal to their contributions to the success of the company. Fleets, large and small, will benefit from Ellie’s commitment to providing a first-class experience to all users from the truck, to terminal, to the C-Suite.
