1. Eligibility:
The #IdelicDriverAppreciation2023 Social Media Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Idelic and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Contest Period:
The Contest begins on September 1st, 2023, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 16th, 2023, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).

3. How to Enter:
To enter the Contest, participants must share a brief story post and photo on their corporate or personal LinkedIn or Twitter account during the Contest Period. The post must include a creative message highlighting driver appreciation and include the hashtag #IdelicDriverAppreciation2023. Each eligible post will count as one entry into the Contest.

4. Prize:
One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will receive a $1000 gift card. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by random drawing on September 20th, 2023, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via a direct message on the social media platform they used to enter the Contest on or around September 21st, 2023. The winner must respond within 12 hours of receiving the notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity Release:
By participating in the Contest, participants grant Idelic the right to use their names, social media handles, and submitted content for promotional purposes, without further compensation or consent.

8. General Conditions:
Idelic reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or acts in a way that is unfair or disruptive to the operation of the Contest. Idelic also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any technical issues or other factors beyond their control affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Contest.

9. Governing Law:
The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from or related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

10. Sponsor:
The Contest is sponsored by Idelic Inc., 395 Federal Street #6958, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Idelic, which are final and binding in all respects.
