What is the registration fee?
Full Conference Registration: $600.
Full Conference Registration + Luncheon Cruise: $650.
Exhibitor Table-Top Display: $1,000. Contact [email protected] for more information on exhibiting.
What does the registration fee include?
The Fleet Safety and Operations Conference Registration Fee includes participation in General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, all meals, refreshment breaks, networking reception, and the Awards Dinner/Banquet
The Fleet Safety and Operations Conference Registration Fee + Luncheon Cruise includes participation in General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, all meals, refreshment breaks, networking reception, the Awards Dinner/Banquet, and a ticket to the Wednesday afternoon Luncheon Cruise with the Gateway Clipper Fleet
Can I bring my spouse/guest to the Conference?
We are not offering a spouse/guest registration pass at this time, but your spouse/guest can purchase a separate ticket.
How can I pay for my conference registration?
You can pay via credit card through our registration website.
Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Yes. Your confirmation email will serve as your receipt. You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email from the Ticket Leap Website. Within 1 week of registering, you’ll also receive a confirmation email from Idelic with details on the hotel room block.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made by March 1, 2022 will be fully refunded. All cancellations on or after March 1, 2022 will not be refunded.
I can no longer attend, may I substitute someone in my place?
Yes. Please contact [email protected] with any substitution requests.
